Provision, installation, configuration, programming, testing, and training for a new Physical Access Control System and Intrusion Detection System to replace end-of-life security systems at two VA medical facilities. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, software, and supervision necessary to deliver a fully functional and integrated security solution using Software House CCURE 9000 access control and DMP intrusion detection platforms. The scope encompasses phased implementation to maintain continuous healthcare security operations, beginning with establishment of access control infrastructure and integrated Lynx duress systems, followed by installation of intrusion detection systems. Work includes installation of controllers, servers, power supplies, cabling, readers, keypads, sensors, panic/duress devices, door hardware interfaces, network connectivity, and all panel and field terminations. The contractor shall complete system configuration, labeling, programming documentation, acceptance testing, and integration of the Lynx duress system with CCURE 9000 and VA Police radio systems. Deliverables include project management, coordination meetings, daily and weekly status reporting, system testing documentation, training for VA security personnel, closeout documentation, and completion photos. The contractor shall also provide training consisting of at least four hours of administrator/operator instruction prior to project completion.
