Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by Upper Providence Township, Delaware County for the Demolition of 1401 N. Providence Road. The project involves the complete demolition of the house, garage, and all other structures and debris. All basement, foundation, and footers are to be removed. The excavated void shall be filled with select clean fill at 12" lifts compacted in place. The site shall be left clean, graded, and stabilized; no remnants of any kind. The contractor is responsible for leaving the site clean and clear of all debris. All bidding documents are available online at no cost. The successful bidder is required to pay PennBID a fee based on the contract value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten percent of the total bid.
