Site work for a water / sewer project in West Bradford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids will be received online for Shadow Wood Drive - Storm Sewer Improvements. The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for installing a new underground 24" diameter pipe stormwater management basin with associated storm structures in Shadow Wood Drive. This includes removal of existing pavement and storm structures, installation of storm piping and structures, temporary E&S controls, and installation/repair of bituminous pavement and top-soil/seeding. Bidders are responsible for investigating the project site and the work to be done before preparing their bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to East Bradford Township, or a Bid Bond in a form acceptable to the Township, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The selected bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, in a form acceptable to the Township. The work constitutes Public Works under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania laws and grant contract terms. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 at 3:30 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted online. Questions received less than five (5) days before the date for the opening of Bids may not be answered.
