Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Chester, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of replacing an existing 48-inch diameter HDPE culvert with a new 8-foot wide by 5.5-foot high precast concrete box culvert. Bidders must obtain full sets of Bidding Documents from the designated Issuing Office. Partial sets are not available. Only purchasers of Bidding Documents will have access to electronic documents. Documents may be purchased for $75.00, which includes shipping, and will be delivered by the bidder's chosen delivery service. The Bidding Documents can also be examined at the Engineer's office. Bidders are encouraged, but not required, to attend a pre-bid conference at the project site. Question Deadline 04/22/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Matthew Bissell; mbissell@dufresnegroup.com ; 802-674-2904 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders.
