RE-BID THE REMOVAL, PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF AN INDOOR FIRING RANGE VENTILATION SYSTEM. Specifications will be distributed at a cost of $10.00 per set or emailed at no cost. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk, Paramus Borough Hall, 1 Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey, during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or via email upon request. An optional site walkthrough may be scheduled on a daily basis during the hours of 8 AM - 11 AM only. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Failure to attend does not relieve the bidder of any obligations or requirements. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Paramus, and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or a bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. The envelope must indicate A Bid Proposal. Addenda will be posted on the Borough of Paramus' website and it is the responsibility of the bidder to be knowledgeable of all addenda. No bidder shall withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. The Mayor & Council reserve the right to waive any informalities or defect in any bid, to reject any and all bids, or to accept such bids that are in the best interest of the Borough. Bidders must comply with requirements regarding equal employment opportunity, New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the Borough of Paramus, and all other applicable laws. Any questions shall be submitted to bidinfo@paramusborough.org. All questions due to revisions will be answered via Addenda to all potential bidders within the time-frame allowed by law.
