The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and services required to remove existing frames, doors and hardware as required to install new frames, doors, hardware, glazing, etc. In general, the work under this section includes the following: 1. The removal of all necessary portions of existing frames, doors, hardware and related entrance material to permit the installation of new material as specified hereafter. Material removed shall be disposed of by contractor or salvaged as directed by the architect and/or owner. 2. The furnishing and installation of frames, doors, hardware, glazing, and caulking as required for a complete installation. Including all necessary cleaning and adjustments. 286960MP201 The project consists of wood shop upgrades at Paramus High School.
