As of May 11, 2026, project is awarded to RMH Concrete & Foundations in the amount of $167,745.45. Sealed bids are invited for Contract 2026-03 Depot Park Path & Parking Lot Improvements. 6 in. - 304 Aggregate Base - Pavement Repair 4 in. ODOT 301 Asphalt Concrete Base, (449), PG64-22 - Select Base Repair Bituminous Tack Coat (0.1 Gal/SY) Curb wall construction 6"x24" Install Salvaged Sandstone Curb Topsoil Placement ODOT 644 Thermoplastic Edge Line - 4" White/Yellow ODOT 647 Heat Fused Preformed Thermoplastic Lane Arrow ADA Sign assembly Remove Existing Clay Pavers, Salvage and Store Whole Bricks for Reinstallation Reinstall Salvaged Bricks on Sand Bed Per Plan Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and in a sealed envelope marked for the specific contract. Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price, and issued by a licensed Surety Company or Corporation. Bidders are required to provide evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project is to be substantially completed within 152 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractors and subcontractors must, as much as practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Work is subject to the City's Equal Employment Opportunity Program, and prevailing wage rates for Lorain County and the City of Oberlin as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Oberlin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and enter into the contract deemed most suitable by the City.
