It is the intention of Georgetown County School District to select a qualified contractor to provide expertise in Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services (CM-at-Risk) for a proposed New Girls Field House (Project A) and other future Capital projects (Project B). Project A is a New Girls Field House to be located at 2412 Kings River Road, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. The building will be approximately 2,200 square foot, single story, freestanding facility with two locker rooms (housing roughly 30 lockers each), two restrooms (toilet and lavatories only), coaches office space with a private restroom (shared by four members) and storage rooms for three sporting activities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project B includes but not limited to Other Capital projects identified below. - Athletic Field Lighting Upgrades at various fields at three high school locations. The owner’s budget range is presently between $1M and $1.25M with a completion date of February 2027. - HVAC upgrade at three locations. The owner’s budget range is presently between $2.5M and $3M with a completion date June 2027. - Roofing upgrade at Georgetown High School. The owner’s budget range is presently between $1.1M and $1.4M with a completion date of June 2027. - Future Renovations/Additions to District Facilities. The owner’s budget range is presently between $5M and $10M with no timeline determined yet.
