Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the East Campus Parking Lot and Sidewalk Repair/Resurface project at Black Hawk College. The project includes asphalt roadway replacement, milling, patching, and repair at the East Campus, Galva, IL. Bids are to be submitted on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Only a single prime contract will be awarded. Bidding documents are available for free download from the issuing office, and bidders are responsible for printing costs if a hard copy is needed. All bid security must be furnished according to the instructions. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or defects. Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity provisions, the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and the IMPACT Memorandum of Understanding. Information regarding qualified subcontractors for minorities, females, and veterans must be provided. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. All bidders and their subcontractors must adhere to the terms of the IMPACT Agreement.
