Scope of Project: Grading & Drainage, Concrete and Decomposed Granite Walkways, Pavilion and Deck, Lighting, Site Furnishings, Sculptures and Wayfinding, Irrigation and Planting. Instructions to bidders: Sealed electronic bids are required for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction. Each bid must include a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid as a guarantee.
