The successful bidder must complete the project no later than sixty days following notification. Bid specifications may be picked up at 219 E. Jackson Avenue, Harlingen, TX 78550. Bids shall be submitted sealed and properly identified as 'Public Housing Program: Request for Bids- Los Vecinos Security Cameras.' The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities, and to accept the bids most advantageous to the Housing Authority.
