Benton County, Arkansas is requesting the annual bid for Metal Culverts. Bidders must be qualified to do business and licensed according to all applicable state and local laws. If applicable, bidders must be familiar with Federal & FEMA rules and regulations as required by the Uniform Administrative Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200). Benton County encourages all qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts, and encourages general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to these enterprises. Benton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities therein. All bidders shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of Benton County for any damage or claim brought by any bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the bidder seek any recourse of any kind against Benton County because of such rejections. The filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions.
