Site work for a water / sewer project in New Stanton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate and sealed proposals are requested for the Armbrust Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract R002-27. Bids must be clearly marked with the contract number on the lower left corner of the envelope. Each proposal must include a certified check or Bidder's Bond for ten percent of the proposal amount, payable to the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County. Bidders are responsible for viewing the project independently. Questions must be submitted by the stated deadline. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages apply. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after submission. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality, or accept any bid in its best interest. Any bid not in compliance with these conditions will be rejected.
