Site work for a water / sewer project in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project provides for fabrication and installation of metal platform; reinforced concrete wall and slab; concrete stairs; gravity block wall and steps; manhole work; site work; and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors when submitted using the online Project Bid Portal hosted by Trimble Unity Construct. Bidders must create a new account for the Project Bid Portal, even if they have a Trimble Unity Construct login. Bidders are encouraged to log into the bid portal and submit a draft proposal at least 24 hours prior to bid opening. Bids can be withdrawn and resubmitted until the bid opening time. For informational purposes, project plans and specifications can be downloaded from the Project Bid Portal or viewed, purchased, or downloaded from the Builders Exchange website. Obtaining plans through other means will exclude bidders from receiving addenda and bid packet information. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $100,000 to $125,000. Any questions regarding the project can be directed to Craig Andersen, PE at canderse@ci.olympia.wa.us. If necessary, questions will be answered via an addendum.
