Sealed bids are invited for the East Olympia 684 PFAS Remediation Project. Bidders must provide a certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company with each bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security, required data, or that are incomplete or irregular. All applicants must have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. The District is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses) are encouraged to submit bids. All work on the project is subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal wage rates. The project requires that DWSRF requirements and provisions be met by Washington State licensed general contractors and all subcontractors.
