This contract provides for the installation of approximately 3,300 LF of 12-inch and 16-inch diameter water main across Spruce Street SE, 9th Way SE, Pacific Avenue SE (State Route 510), and Milbanke Drive SE. Work to include installation of water mains, service lines, meters, transfer of water services, valves, fittings, hydrant assemblies, utility appurtenances, connections to existing water mains, water main abandonment, tree removal, pavement, lawn, and sidewalk restoration, traffic control, and other work. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 06/10/2026 Prospective Bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents, shall request the explanation or interpretation in writing by close of business five (5) business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their Bids.
