The project consists of renovations of existing kitchens in occupied units of a single, two-story building. All work is to be performed in accordance with documents prepared by JM BOOTH & ASSOCIATES, INC. Bidders are instructed that this is an electronically bid project; hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bids shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com. Bid forms and contract documents are available for review and download at no cost at the same website. General bids and sub-bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), made payable to the Bourne Housing Authority.
