Renovation of an educational facility in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Remove and replace antiquated fire alarm systems in two dormitory buildings at Mountain Home Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Specifications. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and related work necessary to remove the existing fire alarm systems and install replacement systems as required by the project specifications. Location: Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, United States. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Questions must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM local (MDT), August 12th, 2026. Questions shall be directed to both POCs. The contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 300 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
