As of May 21, 2026 project was awarded to Tucci & Sons Inc., awarded amount is $684,858.70 This Contract consists of roadway improvements along 112th Street SW between South Tacoma Way and Steele Street South. Improvements include planning existing pavement, paving, pavement repair dig outs, pavement markings, pedestrian improvements, and traffic signal system modifications, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bidders shall be qualified for the type of work proposed. All bids must be submitted using the prescribed Bid Forms and accompanied by a bid deposit of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Bids will only be accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. The project has a Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) participation goal of eleven percent (11%), but this is not a condition of award. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation goal is zero percent (0%). The City reserves the right to waive informalities, accept the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if it serves the City's best interest.
