Project has been Rebid The work consists of complete resurfacing of Bellegrave Avenue between Etiwanda Avenue and Bain Street with a 2-inch grind and overlay. The project also includes restriping the roadway to add a new bike lane and upgrading four curb ramps to current ADA standards. All work must be performed in accordance with the bid documents, standard plans, standard specifications, reference specifications, and other contract documents on file. Bidders must submit sealed proposals on the Citys forms, accompanied by a ten percent (10%) bid guarantee. The successful bidder must be properly licensed, provide required bonds and insurance, and perform at least 50% of the contract work with its own organization. All applicable prevailing wage requirements apply, including Davis-Bacon Act and State labor codes. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The project is funded through a federal Community Development Block Grant and is subject to additional compliance requirements, including electronic certified payroll reporting. The successful bidder and subcontractors must agree to adhere to the terms of the Community Workforce Agreement by executing a Letter of Assent.
