Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Scope of Work The County desires to hire Vendor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to renovate the interior office space at the Bay County Utility Services Administrative Building which is located at 3410 Transmitter Rd. Panama City, Florida, 32404. The Vendor will perform those services in accordance with Exhibit 1 General Terms and Conditions, Exhibit 2 Scope of Work and Exhibit 3 VBA Drawings. The Vendor hereby agrees to provide the following services to the County according to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 26-32 said documents being incorporated into this agreement as if fully set out herein, and the Vendors response thereto, said documents being attached as Exhibit 4, to the extent they are not inconsistent with this Agreement. The County has determined that this project may be subject to certain sales tax exemptions pursuant to section 212.08(6), Fla. Stat., the Vendor hereby agrees to provide services in accordance with Exhibit 7 for Direct Purchase (if applicable).
