Site work for a transportation facility in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work to rehabilitate Runway 12-30 lighting at Clearfield-Lawrence Airport in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope including the bidder's name, business address, project name, and airport name and location. Bids must include a bid guarantee of at least five percent of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a contract performance bond and a contract payment bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. All work must be completed within the time prescribed in the contract documents. The project is subject to federal regulations, including but not limited to Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension Disclosure, Disclosure of Lobbying, and Procurement of Recovered Materials. All construction materials must be manufactured in the United States, in accordance with the Build America, Buy America Act.
