Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Oxnard, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Victoria Avenue Bridge (Bridge No. 52C0064) and Telephone Road Overpass Bridge (Bridge No. 52C0248) crossing over the Union Pacific Railroad. The appurtenant work includes professional services for environmental (CEQA and NEPA) analysis, design, utility coordination, permit procurement, and the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the proposed rehabilitation. Consultant selection will be conducted in accordance with Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) procedures as outlined in the California Department of Transportation Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM), Chapter 10. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format by the specified deadline; late proposals will not be considered. This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable federal requirements.
