Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
Design services and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Prescott Valley Aquatics and Recreation Facility. One solicitation is issued for both services, with proposers required to provide a single proposal and interview as a team. Two separate contracts will be entered into: one with the Architect and one with the CMAR. The scopes of work for both Architect and CMAR are assigned as appendices. The Architect will work under the direction of a Registered Professional Architect in the State of Arizona, and all design, drawings, and specifications must be certified and stamped by a registered professional in Arizona and provided in both written and electronic format.
