Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain issued addenda. The Contract Documents for this project include new "GENERAL CONDITIONS for CONSTRUCTION" that contain significant revisions. Prospective bidders are advised to review these carefully for any impact on their bid price. The bidder or its principals must have at least five years of experience in similar work and provide a list of five contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity completed or substantially completed within the past ten years. Additional experience may be required for projects with complex technical specifications. Contract Security, EEO/AA Insurance, and completion of the NY State Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire are required. Bidders must comply with New York State business registration requirements and, if offering professional engineering services, must have a Certificate of Authorization to Provide Engineering Services in New York State. Proposals must be submitted in the full legal name of the proposer or in the full legal name plus a registered assumed name if any.
