The Town of Manchester is requesting proposals from businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in purchasing a historic Town building in the North End of Manchester. The Town intends to select one proposal from a qualified individual, entity, or team that aligns with the preferred goals, objectives, and uses as outlined. The property for sale is a 0.18 acre parcel at the north end of Main Street, previously a fire station for the 8th Utilities District, zoned Industrial (IND) but located in a mixed-use area near residential neighborhoods. Proposals should address the repurposing of this building in accordance with the outlined goals and permitted uses. There are no additional specific instructions to bidders in the provided section.
