Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date. The scope of work will consist of the following: Renovate the existing Lab and Classroom spaces (EMT Lab No. 114, Classroom No. 116 and EMT Simulator No 118) at the Fayetteville Campus to house the newly approved Surgical Technology Program, which includes Central Programming. The work shall include demolition and installation of new flooring and ceiling tiles, painting of walls, installing pass-through window, cased opening and new swing door, and upgrades to the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
