The work involves the construction of the Lincoln County Sheriff Sub Station in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Bidders are required to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, services, appurtenances, equipment, including utility and transportation services required to complete the designated bid package. Bid packages cover a range of construction trades including concrete, termite control, framing, trusses, metal siding, metal roofing, gypsum wall board, insulation, canopies, glass and glazing, aluminum, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, hollow metal doors and frames, metal window frames, wood doors, finish hardware, toilet accessories, mirrors, and grab bars. Both labor and materials, materials only, and labor only bids are accepted, depending on the package. Instructions to bidders include requirements for bid security, execution of performance and payment bonds for contracts exceeding $25,000, and submission of bids on the provided forms. Bidders must provide a completed bid comprised of the Bid Form, Bid Security if applicable, Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit, Non-Collusion Form, and Boycott of Israel Certification.
