The City of Pismo Beach (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Design Build Teams (DB Teams) to perform Design-Build (DB) services for the Central Coast Blue Advanced Water Purification Facility and associated elements (Project). The Project is a water reuse program that will create a new, local, drought-resistant water supply for the City, while protecting the local groundwater basin from seawater intrusion. Recognizing the City’s need to diversify its water supply portfolio and increase water reliability, recent studies and analysis have shown that this Project is both necessary and economically viable to be able to proceed to project execution.
