Installation of Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at the Aberdeen Federal Building, including the purchase and installation of a new standalone alarm panel, new backup power supply, forty new magnetic door contacts on all entry pedestrian and overhead doors, twenty-one new glass break sensors to monitor all first floor and below-grade windows, two keypads, one wall mounted siren, and all appurtenances necessary for a fully functional IDS. The work is solicited as a 100% small business set aside and will be awarded via a firm-fixed price contract. Bidders are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and no contract will be awarded to contractors without active registration. Any Offeror asked questions shall be submitted in writing, via email by 2:00PM CST on 04/14/2026 to the Contract Specialist, Katelin Davis at katelin.b.davis@fps.dhs.gov, who under the advisement of FPS Electronic Security Specialist, Jacob Rensel, will post all questions and answers on SAM.gov. Any questions received after the questions deadline date and time shall not be considered.
