Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sanborn, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work includes installation of 5,200 linear feet of 8"-10" PVC sanitary sewer, 215 linear feet of trenchless 10" PVC sanitary sewer, one duplex sanitary sewer lift station, 2,300 linear feet of sewer main televising, televising of 60 existing sanitary sewer services, 320 linear feet of sanitary sewer manholes, 720 linear feet of 12"-24" reinforced concrete storm sewer pipe, 8,850 tons of aggregate base class 5, 1,800 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 10,900 square feet of 4"-6" concrete sidewalk, 3,585 tons of bituminous surfacing, 8.0 acres of permanent and temporary seeding, 1,245 linear feet of pavement striping, and other miscellaneous work associated with the project. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States unless covered by approved waivers. The applicable waivers for this contract are BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components.
