Inspection and Useful Life Study (ULS) of the boilers for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. Contractors are required to be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of offer. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. Refer to the attached solicitation documentation for the list of contract line items, quantities, and units of measure, as well as additional requirements. The VA anticipates awarding one firm fixed price contract to provide these services. FAR provisions and clauses apply as detailed in the solicitation document. Quotes must be emailed to the Contracting Office prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Office before the solicitation closes.
