Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and related services required to repair, remove, replace, and completely refurbish all windows in Building 3 and the connecting corridors. Work includes removal of existing interior and exterior window trim and wall finishes to access and remove existing steel windows; safe abatement and disposal of lead-containing and asbestos-containing materials in accordance with applicable regulations; installation of new window frames, sashes, screens, and storm windows; patching and painting of walls; ceiling restoration; trim and millwork installation; and repair of damaged surfaces and components. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Construction will occur in an occupied facility and must be performed behind proper construction barriers.
