The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment at the Punta Gorda Airport for the demolition of portions of Golf Course Blvd between Challenger Blvd and Mooney Ave, the extension of Challenger Blvd between Golf Course Blvd and Piper Rd (signalized at Piper Rd), and the construction of an airport service road between Taxiway D and Henry St. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All inquiries shall be directed in writing to Glenn DiSabatino, A.A.E, Project Manager Charlotte County Airport Authority, 28000 A-1 Airport Road, Punta Gorda, Florida, 333982 email gdisabatino@flypgd.com. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Bidders must be licensed in accordance with Florida laws. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder must execute and provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract value, with satisfactory surety or sureties for full and faithful performance of the work. No bid may be withdrawn for 120 days after the closing time for receipt of proposals. Bidders are responsible for complete examination and understanding of all bidding and contract documents, all addenda or revisions, and the proposed work site. Proposal forms other than those provided will not be accepted.
