Milford Public Schools is seeking sealed proposals for custodial cleaning services for designated school facilities, including after-school and school-break cleaning services for elementary schools, as specified in the Request for Proposals. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. The contract will be awarded to the proposer offering the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration both price and non-price criteria set forth in the RFP. Proposal documents and specifications may be obtained by emailing wcobb@milfordma.com. A voluntary pre-proposal conference and site walkthrough will be held. Proposers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with site conditions; failure to attend will not relieve the Contractor of obligations under the contract. Each proposer must submit a Non-Price Proposal and a separate sealed Price Proposal, as required by the RFP. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Superintendent's Office, Milford Public Schools, 31 West Fountain Street, Milford, MA 01757, no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, May 1st, 2026, at which time proposals will be received and recorded. The Milford Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the District.
