Description

Remodeling of a municipal facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to remove existing carpet and install new Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) flooring install new rubber floor bases; and touch up painting. The State may task the contractor to perform other repairs and finishing work. Work shall be performed within 30 calendar days from a written notice to proceed.
