In accordance with the solicitation for Baldwin High School PE - Athletic Facilities Improvements (Solicitation Number B2026000036), the awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.725%, capped at $5,000, on the total dollar amount of goods or services purchased through the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HEPS). This fee applies to all purchases, whether through purchase order, contract, or ecatalog, regardless of the quantity or dollar amount. Payment shall be made to Sicommnet within thirty (30) days from receipt of invoice. The Standard Operating Solicitation Agreement (SOSA) is incorporated by reference and must be considered by all vendors when responding to this electronic solicitation.
