Renovation of a detention facility in New Iberia, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Roof replacement at the Iberia Parish Jail for the Iberia Parish Government. Bidders are to submit sealed bids by the specified deadline. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or Bid Bond from a licensed surety company. Money Orders and Company Checks are not acceptable. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days after opening except as provided by law. Digital bid documents are available for a refundable deposit upon return in good condition. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
