The work consists essentially of the construction of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and drainage improvements, along with all other related items required to complete the project as shown and specified in the contract documents. The contractor is responsible for performing all work and furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and the referenced drawings. Work must be performed in accordance with the 2017 edition of the Mississippi Road and Bridge Construction Standard Specifications, including all amendments, special provisions, and addenda, unless otherwise specified. Instructions to bidders: Sealed or electronic bids for the project must be submitted by the specified deadline.
