Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Wheaton is accepting sealed bids for Concrete Flatwork and Miscellaneous Concrete Work. The Contractor will begin services in the spring/summer of each year. All work must be completed before August 14th of each year. Question Deadline 04/14/2026 at 11:00 AM CT Questions concerning this request shall be submitted via e-mail to the attention of the Procurement Officer by Tony Sperkowski The initial term of this contract shall be for one (1) year. The City may extend this agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms if the vendor performs satisfactorily and provided there are no changes in the terms, conditions, specifications and pricing structures unless mutually agreed to by the parties. The successful Contractor will be responsible for Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk removal and replacement, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC Driveway removal and replacement, along with all associated and incidental work, including but not limited to, restoration, hauling, and traffic control, to be performed throughout the City.
