Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Columbia, Kentucky. Design plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and 42,035-square-foot industrial development.
Plans call for the construction of a speculative building. As of April 13, 2026, the project is seeking funding approval. The project will bid out openly to general contractors, but a bidding timeline has not been disclosed. Although a firm start date has not been established, construction is expected to finish in December of 2027.
