Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.

Multi-story addition and remodeling project including demolition of the existing elementary school, demolition of portions of the existing high school, multi-story elementary classroom addition, multi-story high school classroom addition, storm shelter, CTE addition, remodel of existing classroom and bathroom spaces, and electrical and mechanical upgrades throughout the existing building. Instructions to bidders: Each bid in excess of $20,000 must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid in the form of a Surety Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check. Each successful prime contract bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract if it exceeds $20,000 with a surety authorized to do business in Minnesota. Each successful "Prime Contract" bidder must provide signed contract agreements, certificate of insurance, W9 form, payment and performance bonds, listing of suppliers/subcontractors, and schedule of values within ten days of receipt of contract and/or upon notification of acceptance of the bid. Prevailing wage requirements are not required. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, and waive informalities or minor discrepancies in bids submitted. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five calendar days after receipt. Bidders shall notify the Architect of any error or inconsistency in the documents that they find in the Bidding Documents or in their site examination. Bidders needing clarifications or interpretations shall submit a written request to the Architect Question Deadline 04/24/2026
