Addition to an educational facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,600-square-foot educational facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for the construction, repair, and/or installation for the McCombs Middle School – CTE Addition. Bids must be submitted on the approved bid form. Each bid must include a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check, or certified credit union share draft in a separate envelope for five percent of the total bid amount. Lump-sum bids will be received under one contract as described in the specifications. The Board of Directors may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive informalities. Work under the proposed contract shall begin immediately after the award and must be substantially complete no later than July 10, 2027, subject to approved extensions. Preference will be given to products and provisions grown and coal produced within Iowa, and to Iowa domestic labor. All bids will be governed by Iowa Code and Board Policies.
