Design-build services are required to remove and replace the existing nurse call system at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center. The work includes complete design and construction in accordance with FAR Part 36.3 and will be procured using a two-phase design-build approach under a single solicitation. Phase 1 proposals will be evaluated to determine the most highly qualified offerors eligible to submit Phase 2 proposals. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management and certified through the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification program. All VA campuses are designated smoke-free facilities. Location: Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N.
