Renovation of a parking garage in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The work consists of the North Shore Garage Elevator Modernization for the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. All bids are to be sealed and submitted on the provided form, with a ten percent surety required in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check. Bidders must also submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit, completed Certificate of MBE (25%) and WBE (10%) Participation forms, a Solicitation Statement, and a Public Works Employment Verification Form. The contract will be a prime contract with the Owner, and bid pricing may be held open for up to ninety days after opening before awarding the contract.
