The work consists of furnishing, re-piping, and install of a new kitchen boiler at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center as indicated in a. Project Manual for Kitchen Boiler Replacement, dated April 7, 2026 i. Furnish, re-pipe, and install new boiler for the kitchen. Include all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor required. 1. Equivalent to Bradford White BWCV 1250 ii. Removal and disposal of current boiler, piping, and all other necessary materials iii. Startup and commissioning of new boiler iv. Minimum 1 - year parts and labor warranty The SEA has goals of 25% MBE and 10% WBE participation in this project. Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing, re-piping, and installation of a kitchen boiler for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
