Scope of Work including but not limited to: Camellia Basic ES and David Lubin ES - Removal and replacement of 18 security fencing and gates and installation of a new PC shade structure. Leataata Floyd ES - Removal and 19 replacement of security fencing and gates. This project is one (1) bid package and will be awarded to the apparent 20 low bidder of the package. The awarded General Contractor will execute one (1) form of contract with the 21 amount separated by the five (5) corresponding scopes of work - please refer to the Proposal Form; and 22 provide insurance certificates for each site. The GC will be required to administer these separately - five (5) 23 separate projects, including the processing of all construction related documents, i.e. construction schedule, 24 schedule of values, payment applications, RFIs, Submittals, PCOs, Daily Reports, etc...
