Platte County Court -Exterior Renovations Acting as the Design-Builder for the Platte County Courthouse - Phase 2 - Exterior Renovation and Roof Replacement in Wheatland, WY, Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for this project. This project will consist of selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete and concrete restoration, cleaning, restoring, and treatment of masonry, metal fabrications, metal ladders, decorative metal, rough carpentry, roof replacement (abatement and removal by others), traffic coatings, new membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof specialties, joint sealants, conservation treatment of openings and finishes, cement plastering, exterior painting, high performance coatings, and a limited amount of plumbing and electrical work. Estimated Project Completion date is December 31, 2026 The Owner and Design-Builder shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal.
