Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wheatland, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes select interior demolition in the boy's bathroom, the girl's bathroom, and an existing plumbing and mechanical room located between the two bathrooms in Wheatland High School to replace a section of sewer line that is damaged. Sewer investigations indicate a section of damaged sewer line located below the slab between the boy's and girl's bathroom. Due to blockages in the pipe, the entire segment of sewer line was investigated. The goal of the project is to locate and repair the damaged and or collapsed section of under slab sewer line. Replacement of laterals or branch lines are not included in the scope of the project. Demolition includes removal of floor slabs, removal and select reinstallation of existing bathroom fixtures and furnishings, excavation below the slab to expose the existing sewer line, repair of the existing sewer line and reconnection of existing laterals, backfilling and replacement of the floor slab, new flooring and select wall finishes, and the reinstallation of select fixtures and furnishings, and the installation of new furnishings. Demolition shall be limited to the rooms described above.
