An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity ordering agreement under which the contractor will perform a series of individual projects at different Postal Service facilities, based on a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) with local labor, material, and equipment prices. Contractors will propose Adjustment Factors to apply to the CTC schedule. For each project, the contractor will participate in a Joint Scope Meeting to review the project details and submit a Price Proposal Package, including identification of construction tasks, unit prices, and adjustment factors. The Postal Service will review and may request changes to the proposal; upon acceptance, a Notice to Proceed will be issued. Each project will have a separate work order, containing a detailed scope of work, completion time, and lump sum, firm fixed price. All proposals must be submitted online via the USPS eSourcing portal Coupa. Each organization must accept the invitation in order to place a bid in Coupa, and any required documentation may be attached to the bid after submitting the total dollar amount.
